NAIDOC Week 2026 runs 5–12 July, and we’re celebrating right here on campus! 🌏🎨
Join us in honouring the history, culture, and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples — this year under the theme “50 Years of Deadly.” 🪃
Each lunchtime session offers a welcoming space to learn, reflect, and connect through:
🎨 A guided art session exploring the symbolism of First Nations art
🌿 An introduction to the significance of NAIDOC Week
🤝 A respectful cultural discussion open to all
✋ A hands-on creative arts and crafts activity
NAIDOC Week is an annual Australian celebration recognising the ongoing connection, contributions, and resilience of First Nations peoples. 🦘🌺
It’s a time for all of us — students, staff, and the wider community — to engage meaningfully with Australia’s history and look toward a shared future with awareness and respect. 🌄
All students welcome. Both sessions run the same program, so feel free to join either day. 💛
