Welcome to campus!
As part of our welcome celebrations for new and returning students, we’re kicking things off with something a little different, a Wildlife Conservation Education Session, giving you a close up look at some of Australia’s native wildlife right on campus.
This session is run by a licensed wildlife provider. Accredited handlers who work with native species every day. You’ll hear directly from experienced keepers about each animal’s natural habitat, conservation status, and the work being done to protect Australian wildlife.
Animal welfare comes first throughout, with all handling led by qualified staff following strict care and safety protocols to keep the animals calm, comfortable, and never overstimulated.
Come along, meet some new faces, and start your time on campus with something memorable.
This event is for Brisbane and Adelaide campuses only.
