That’s why we want everyone to feel confident to check in with the people they care about and Ask R U OK? Any Day. \n\n\n\nHere at Ikon & ALG\, we encourage students to celebrate R U OK Day with us on 17 & 18 September. You can of course celebrate on the actual R U OK Day on 10 September\, or everyday!
